This is a Governor who is serious about housing because it’s a serious problem. And we know it’s not just a big city issue; the state’s housing shortage has a huge impact on our rural communities,” said Rivas. “That’s why I’m committed to working with the Governor and local leaders to ensure that all Californians are able to put a roof over their heads. A key piece of this for our district is ensuring that farmworkers have the quality, dignified housing they deserve.”
