SACRAMENTO—  Today, Speaker Robert Rivas released the following statement:

“Donald Trump and Republicans have jammed through a bill designed to devastate California’s economy and hurt working people across America. So many families rely on Medi-Cal, but the GOP doesn’t care about helping people who need it most. Republicans who voted for this travesty should start packing up their offices now, because they will be voted out once Americans discover they can’t see a doctor or put food on the table so that the richest get a tax break.”
